- Eat uncooked vegetables.
- Chew meal accurately.

So if you buy a bag of chips, snacks, and tin of nuts that comprises ten parts, divide the content of the container or bag into ten smaller pieces ahead of time.
It is fine if you are drinking a cocktail from a tall glass with your meal. You can finish it slowly. You can enjoy a glass with slow sips. Add ice cubes into a glass for increasing the quantity and taste.
Use smaller plates or dishes:
Your dishes size should be lower according to your portion size meal.
